5 Итоги и перспективы
В настоящей статье всесторонне рассмотрен прогресс HSI в определении фенотипической информации чайного растения. Основные направления применения включают диагностику стресса окружающей среды, мониторинг информации о росте и развитии и определение показателей качества. Использование HSI для определения фенотипической информации чайного растения всё ещё находится на ранней стадии и характеризуется заметными пробелами в исследованиях.
Несмотря на существенное обогащение представлений о фенотипах растений благодаря этой технологии, сохраняется проблема возможной утраты важной фенотипической информации из-за ограниченной регистрации на определённых длинах волн или при определённом разрешении. Поэтому особенно важно внедрять более совершенные гиперспектральные технологии, повышающие точность и полноту сбора данных.
На этапе обработки и анализа гиперспектральные данные проходят сложный и тщательный рабочий процесс. Ошибка на любом его этапе способна привести к несогласованности данных. Следовательно, разработка более эффективных алгоритмов обработки и анализа имеет важнейшее значение для извлечения из гиперспектральных данных более точной и надёжной информации. Кроме того, для сопоставимости данных разных исследований необходимо дальнейшее создание стандартизированных методов обработки и анализа гиперспектральных данных.
На уровне применения современные исследования фенотипа чайного растения также имеют ограничения, особенно отсутствие комплексного метода, охватывающего несколько масштабов наблюдения: органы-листья, отдельные растения и популяции. Объединение наблюдений разных масштабов крайне важно для всестороннего понимания фенотипической информации чайного растения, однако единая методологическая схема интеграции результатов разных масштабов ещё не создана.
Будущие исследования должны уделять внимание перекрёстной реакции чайного растения на несколько стрессов, чтобы с более целостной позиции раскрыть взаимосвязи его фенотипических характеристик и тем самым способствовать глубокой оптимизации стратегий селекции и управления возделыванием.
